When you contact us using the contact form your data is stored on our webserver on our webserver (and ultimately our email browser).

This allows us to respond to enquiries or requests for work.

The data is generated by cookies-these are text files that are placed on your computer when you visit the pages of my website.

Where we store your data

Your email data is stored on our web server while your contact data generated when you leave a customer review is stored in the website database.

How long We retain your data

If you leave a comment or contact me via email, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely.

The visitor statistics data gathered for us by google Analaytics is also retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue as well as making the website better for our visitors.

Who we share your data with

Web & Base will never share or sell any data on to third party companies or organisations.

We are committed not only to the letter of the law, but also to the spirit of the law. As a company we place the highest values on the correct, lawful and fair handling of all personal data, respecting the legal rights, privacy and trust of all individuals with whom it deals.

Your Rights under GDPR

If you have left comments, contacted us via email or left a review on this site you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.

You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
